To begin your moose hunting trip, Call Pat at 1-780-621-7989 or email us at pat_470@hotmail.com and  we will take you to the most pristine wilderness 6 hours north of Edmonton to Fort McMurray. We will then board our caravan airplane on floats. and fly you 140-180 air miles north. This area is only accessible by airplane with no resident hunting pressure and guaranteed tags.

Our moose hunts begin in late September to middle of October when the moose are rutting so We will be calling and grunting the moose down to the lake shore or not far from the lakes  using the boats to access the areas. You can expect to shoot moose in the range of 40-55inch in this area.

Our accommodations for the moose hunts are conformable wall tents  and brand new zodiac boats for your trip and comfort.

Both of these hunting areas have huge spruce outlined with poplar ridges and natural meadows, making for great areas for the moose to live. These are both virtually untouched areas holding an abundance of moose and Bear and offer a great moose hunting adventure for all hunters.

We realize that your hunt is not only about taking the moose or a bear of a lifetime but to experience true nature in a remote setting, stay in comfortable clean wall tents  and eat well. Hunting Bull moose in this remote wilderness area is pristine, the lakes are full of fish , the landscape is breathless where the bears roam freely and the Bull Moose seek there Cows in the Rut.

Alberta Moose Hunting Packages & Information

7 Day Moose Hunts 

Deposits are nonrefundable unless an alternate hunter is found to take your place at the full hunt price or you transfer your deposit to the following year.

A 20% cancellation fee will apply to cancelled hunts to cover all costs and inconveniences.

Included in the cost of the hunt:

• Transportation from your hotel to/from camp
• Transportation during the hunt
• All meals & accommodations during the hunt
• Guiding service
• Trophy care

Not Included in the cost of the hunt:

• Alcoholic beverages
• Gratuities for guides and cooks
• Hotel rooms for the day you arrive and the day you leave. (We will have them booked for you)
• Taxidermy
• Meat processing
• Shipping your trophies and/or meat
• 5% GST on cost of hunt
• 250$ skinning and caping fee
